  • Classical mat Pilates in a small group class setting led by Megan. Mats provided. Held at the studio location, Arrive, 129 W 29th St, Floor 2.

    Cancel/reschedule up to 1 hr before class time.

    You should be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

  • Get private Reformer instruction tailored to you. Megan will work with you to develop your personalized plan.

    Don’t see the time you need? Reach out with the interest form.

    Cancel/reschedule up until 36 hours prior to your session.

    Weight limit for reformers is 350 lbs.

  • Join Megan for outdoor mat Pilates in Central Park!

    Bring your own mat/blanket/towel. Cash or Venmo tips appreciated. 50 min.
